Daniela E. Obregón, CEO & Founder
My name is Daniela. I am a certified healthcare interpreter and translator with a master’s degree in Translation from New York University and graduate training in conference interpreting.
Since 2014, I have been interpreting in U.S. healthcare settings, including palliative care. I have had direct contact with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
I was moved by the idea of easing the burden in the worst moment of these families’ lives by helping providers get their message through with clarity and compassion.
Connected Care was born from my need to do something bigger with everything I had learnt during those years.
I founded Connected Care to support organizations like yours with language services rooted in accuracy, cultural understanding, and compassion. Every project is guided by professional standards and a deep respect for the communities you serve.
At first, Connected Care was just me, but it started to grow, and I realized I needed extra help.
Today, we are a team of dedicated people who keep spreading the compassion I used to take throughout the hospital hallways when I just started.
And I share the command of this ship with Jeremy, my partner in life and business!

Hi! I’m Jeremy. I work side by side with Dani in this adventure of owning a business!
I’ve worked in customer service and management for 10 years before Connected Care.
I migrated from Argentina to the United States at the age of 20, where I lived for more than 15 years. At the beginning, I faced the challenging task of communicating with people when there was a visible language barrier.
I decided to go to school to learn English as a second language, while looking for jobs where I could put into practice the language skills I was acquiring. This was a step in the right direction for Connected Care, because I understand what it feels to have difficulties communicating with others!
I support Connected Care by managing invoicing, accounting, and administrative processes. My role is to make sure your projects are handled clearly and professionally on the operational side, from accurate billing to timely documentation.
